Yes! Originaledrip ships worldwide. We deliver our luxury watches to over 150 countries, so you can enjoy our contemporary Italian style wherever you are.
What are the international delivery times?
Times vary depending on the destination:
Europe: 3-7 working days
North America: 7-14 business days
Asia and Oceania: 10-21 business days
Rest of the world: 14-28 working days
Note: These times are approximate and may vary depending on the time of year and local customs procedures.
How can I track my international order?
Step 1: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number within 24-48 hours of placing your order.
Step 2: Click the tracking link in the email or copy the tracking number.
Step 3: Track your package in real time on our courier's website (DHL, FedEx, or UPS, depending on your destination).
Important: Tracking may take 24-48 hours to activate after shipping. We ask for your patience!
Why hasn't my tracking been updated in several days?
It's normal! Here are the most common reasons:
In international transit: Packages may spend several days in air transit without updates
Awaiting Customs Clearance: Your package is undergoing customs clearance (may take 2-7 days)
Weekends or Holidays: Updates are suspended during these periods

How are duties and taxes calculated?
Customs duties and import taxes are calculated by your destination country based on:
The value of your order
The type of product (luxury watches)
Local customs regulations
Important: These charges are NOT included in the price of your order and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Who pays the customs duties?
Customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility. The courier will contact you for payment before final delivery. Milano Drip has no control over these fees, which are set by your country.
What does “Awaiting customs clearance” mean?
This means your package is currently being processed by your country's customs authorities. This is a normal process that can take 2 to 7 business days. No action is required on your part unless otherwise communicated by the courier.
My order says delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?
If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
Check with your neighbors or the concierge
Check secure storage areas (mailbox, parcel locker)
Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
Contact the courier immediately, providing the tracking number

Do you offer free international shipping?
We offer free shipping on all international orders over €50. For orders under this amount, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination.
